Kahye Dubow
Executive Director
Kahye Dubow is the Executive Director and founder of the Canadian Multiple Service Centre (CMSC). His journey into community service is deeply personal shaped by his own experience as a newcomer navigating life in Alberta. Witnessing the barriers faced by immigrants, low-income families, and marginalized individuals, Kahye felt a responsibility to act.
Nasra Artan
Program Director
Nasra Artan is the Program Director at the Canadian Multiple Service Centre (CMSC), where she leads with compassion, cultural awareness, and over a decade of experience in social services, workforce development, and health and safety training. Since 2013, Nasra has been delivering introductory safety and employment readiness courses that equip individuals with the foundational skills, certifications, and confidence needed to enter or re-enter the workforce.
